Our on-line shopping procedure is easy and secure.
We offer thousands of products that are not on our website. If you don't see what you're looking for then please email us and a customer service representative will contact you. We are not an impersonal catalog; we are a team of friendly, helpful people who love photography and want to make sure you get the right products for your needs.
We do our best to keep all advertised items in stock or we try to indicate in the product's description if it is currently out of stock. If an item is not yet in stock, we'll let you know.
Convenient, fast, and no delivery charges. Pay in store when picking up your order.
We'll send you an email when your order is ready for pick up. Most items will be ready for pick up within a couple of hours of your order, during regular business hours. Some items may need to be shipped from our warehouse or another store and may take up to a couple of business days.
Hot, new limited-stock items: Some new products may be in limited supply and high demand. This may require a deposit to hold the item for you. If you place an online order for one of these items to pick up in store, we may contact you to request a deposit.
Customers with deposits will be given priority over other customers. Special-Order items may also require a deposit. For more information, click here.
We will contact you to confirm when your order will be ready for pickup.
Items are held at the pickup location for up to 3 days from the date the item is received at the pickup location. During advertised specials with manufacturer's instant rebates, we can only hold the item up to the expiry of the promotion and the order must be paid for prior to the expiry of the promotion.

There is no shipping charge for items that are ordered online and picked up in stores.
Orders placed before noon will usually be shipped the same business day. We ship Canada Post Expedited.

Delays: Delays in shipping times can result due to problems with credit card authorization and verification, or unforeseen delays by one of our carriers. We will notify you if a delay may result due to unavailability of product(s).
Oversize items (e.g. larger printers and scanners, backdrops, large tripods, lighting equipment) are subject to surcharges. If this applies to your order, we will notify you and ask if you still wish to proceed. Surcharge payment can be made by credit card over the phone.
Remote locations: some locations may incur additional shipping charges. If this applies to your order, we will notify you and ask if you still wish to proceed. Surcharge payment can be made by credit card over the phone.
