Convenient, fast, and no delivery charges.

Place your order online and we can ship your order from our Vancouver warehouse to the store of your choice. 

Some items may be ready for pick up within a couple hours of your order.  Shipping times will vary depending on the store and will generally take 1 to 3 business days for items in-stock in our warehouse.

Hot, new limited-stock items: Some new products may be in limited supply and high demand. This may require a deposit to hold the item for you. If you place an online order for one of these items to pick up in store, we may contact you to request a deposit. Customers with deposits will be given priority over other customers. We will email you when your order will be ready for pickup.

Items are held at the pickup location for up to 3 days from the date the item is received at the pickup location.

Shipping within Canada:

We deliver anywhere in Canada.

We ship to the billing address of credit card holder only, as required by the credit card companies.

   Photofinishing orders: $4.99

   Product orders: $12.99
     Photofinishing & products combined: $12.99

SHIPPING TIMES:

BC, AB: Xpresspost, 3-5 business days

SK, MB, ON, QC, NB, NS, PE, NL, YK, NT, NU: Canada Post Regular Parcel delivery, 5-10 business days

Delays:  Delays is shipping times can result due to problems with credit card authorization and verification, or unforeseen delays by one of our carriers.  We will notify you if a delay may result due to unavailability of product(s). 

Oversize items (e.g. larger printers and scanners, backdrops, large tripods, enlargers) are subject to surcharges. If this applies to your order, we will notify you and ask if you still wish to proceed. Surcharge payment can be made by credit card over the phone.

Please note: Occasionally it may be necessary to ship by a different courier (such as UPS) instead of Canada Post. If you prefer Canada Post, please notify us.

Shipments to USA:

In most cases, we can ship orders to the USA, subject to confirmation of receipt of payment. Please email your order to us at orders@kerrisdalecameras.com. We will contact you to confirm shipping costs to the USA and obtain payment information. Please note that payment by Mastercard is preferred (easier to verify payment) whereas we will require additional information (i.e. bank details) if paying by Visa. Please allow 7 to 14 days for shipping to the US, after confirmation of receipt of payment. Please note that local taxes, duty or brokerage (if applicable) are your responsibility.

Shipments outside of North America:

Sorry, we cannot accept or ship orders outside of North America.

Provincial Environmental Fees

Under the current laws and regulations of each province, we will charge the applicable environmental Recycling levy according to the province where the merchandise is being shipped.

B.C. fees (July 1, 2010) + HST:

  Digital cameras & camcorders (new): $0.40

  Digital Picture Frames: $0.40

  Printers: $6.50

Other provinces (+ GST/HST):

  Alberta: Printers: $8.00

  Ontario: Printers: $5.40, Cameras & camcorders: $0.40  Digital Picture Frames: $2.75

  Saskatechewan: Printers: $8.00, Cameras & camcorders: $0.40  Digital Picture Frames: $3.50

  Nova Scotia & PEI: Printers: $6.50, Cameras & camcorders: $0.40  Digital Picture Frames: $3.50
