IN-STORE PICK-UP:

No delivery charge for orders shipped to any of our stores to pick up. You'll be able to choose this option and store on the next step, in the Delivery Options section in Checkout (bottom of page).

Please note that we use paypal for secure payment processing so you'll notice your billing address will appear as a "ship to" address on the Paypal screen, even though you've selected 'pick up'. (unfortunately, this is an unavoidable function of the paypal system).

Please note:

Only the purchaser may pick up the order. You will be required to show 1) acceptable photo ID and 2) the credit card used to pay for order online. If this isn't possible then we'll cancel/credit the online payment and the payment can then be made in store. Plus, purchaser must sign that they've received the merchandise.

BC, AB: Xpresspost, 3-5 business days

SK, MB, ON, QC, NB, NS, PE, NL, YK, NT, NU: Canada Post Regular Parcel delivery, 5-10 business days

Oversize items (e.g. larger printers and scanners, backdrops, large tripods, enlargers) are subject to surcharges. If this applies to your order, we will notify you and ask if you still wish to proceed. Surcharge payment can be made by credit card over the phone.

Shipments to USA:

Orders from the US can not be placed through our online system. However, in most cases, we can ship orders to the USA, subject to confirmation of receipt of payment. Please email your order to us at orders@kerrisdalecameras.com. We will contact you to confirm shipping costs to the USA and obtain payment information. Please note that payment by Mastercard is preferred (easier to verify payment) whereas we will require additional information (i.e. bank details) if paying by Visa. Please allow 7 to 14 days for shipping to the US, after confirmation of receipt of payment. Please note that local taxes, duty or brokerage (if applicable) are your responsibility.
